培土生金针刺法辨证治疗肺脾两虚型中风后尿失禁临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Urinary Incontinence after Apoplexy with Deficiency of Lung and Spleen by Differentiation of Peitu shengjin Acupuncture Therapy

目的:观察培土生金针刺法治疗肺脾两虚型中风后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的44例肺脾两虚型中风后尿失禁患者随机分为对照组和实验组各22例,对照组采用常规疗法,实验组采用培土生金针刺法,治疗2周。观察两组治疗前后日间排尿次数、夜间排尿次数、尿失禁程度变化情况及有效率和治愈率。结果:两组日间排尿次数、夜间排尿次数及尿失禁程度变化情况与同组治疗前比较,均有改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后日间排尿次数、夜间排尿次数同对照组比较均有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后尿失禁程度与对照组比较效果明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:培土生金针刺法治疗肺脾两虚型中风后尿失禁的效果优于常规针刺法。

objective To observe the clinical effect of Peitu shengjin Acupuncture therapy on urinary incontinence after apoplexy with deficiency of lung and spleen.Methods 44 patients with urinary incontinence after apoplexy with deficiency of both lung and spleen were randomly divided into control group(n=22)and experimental group(n=22).The control group was treated with normal therapy.The experimental group adopted the method of Peitu-Shengjin acupuncture therapy.All patients were treated for one week.The number of daytime urination and night urination before and after treatment were observed.The degree of urinary incontinence and the effective rate and cure rate were observed.Results The changes of daytime urination,night urination,and the degree of urinary incontinence in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment in the same group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of urination in day and night in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of urinary incontinence in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Peitu Shengjin acupuncture therapy on urinary incontinence after apoplexy of deficiency of lung and spleen is superior to that of normal acupuncture therapy.
