The cultivation of the socialist core value for the undergraduates is the regular and persistent normalized work. The frontier universities need to deeply comprehend the basic connotation of the normal cultivation of undergraduates’ socialist core value,face up to the abnormal phenomenon,establish the conception of normal cultivation further, build the four-dimensional educational model of knowledge,affection, consciousness, practice, strengthen and complete normalized cultivating system, promote the socialist core value rooted in the frontier undergraduate minds.
