基于“专业、创业”素养的高校跨境电商人才培育体系研究

Research on the Cultivation System of Cross-border E-commerce Based on “Professional, Entrepreneurial” Quality

跨境电商作为国际贸易新业态,其迅速发展和乐观前景推动了业内企业扩大业务规模的步伐,催生了大量的人才需求。本文结合现阶段跨境电商的发展趋势及高等教育"创新创业"改革方向,从培育跨境电商人才素养专业和创业的二元结构入手,构建一个系统的人才培育体系,并以顶层规划与政策支持、改善课程体系、师资队伍建设、校企合作协同发展作为支撑,为高校跨境电商复合型人才培养提供参考。

Cross-border e-commerce as a new form of international trade, its rapid development and optimistic prospects have promoted the pace of the expansion of business scale in the industry, which has spawned a large number of talent needs. Combining with the development trend of cross-border e-commerce at the present stage and the reform direction of 'innovation and entrepreneurship' in higher education, this paper starts discusses the dual structure of cultivating 'professional and entrepreneurial' qualities of cross-border e-commerce, and put forward a systematic talent cultivation system of top-planning and policy support, improvement of the curriculum system, the construction of teaching staff, and the coordinated development of school-enterprise cooperation as a support. Its purpose is to provide a reference for the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce compound talents in universities.
