矛盾分析法视角下师幼冲突的解构与重构

摘要 从矛盾分析法视角来看,师幼冲突的本质为"自然人"与"社会人"的矛盾,"求关注"与"被忽视"的矛盾,"孩子"与"受教育者"双重角色间的矛盾。矛盾分析法介入师幼冲突具有理性价值,具体问题具体分析有利于幼师把握解决师幼冲突的时机;一分为二地看问题有利于幼师树立正确的师幼冲突观;两点论与"重点论"的统一,有利于幼师明确解决师幼冲突的关键。文章利用矛盾分析法,对师幼矛盾中的核心问题进行解构,在方法论的指导下重构缓和师幼冲突的策略。 From the perspective of contradiction analysis, the essence of teacher-to-child conflicts are the contradictions between'natural people' and 'social people', between 'seeking attention' and 'being neglected' and the dual roles of 'children' and 'educated person'. It is of rational value to intervene in the conflict between teachers and children by the method of contradiction analysis, and the concrete analysis of specific problems is helpful for teachers to grasp the opportunity to solve the conflicts between teachers and children,to look at problems in two ways, and to improve teachers undefined concept of conflict between teachers and children. The unity of twopoint theory and key point theory is helpful for teachers to resolve the conflict between teachers and children. By using the method of contradiction analysis, this paper makes a deep analysis of the core problems in the contradiction between teachers and children, and puts forward some strategies to ease the conflicts between teachers and children under the guidance of methodology.
