餐饮企业O2O发展策略分析——以“瞒著爹”为例

摘要 为了进一步推进我国餐饮业O2O的发展,简述"瞒著爹"O2O的发展现状,分析"瞒著爹"开展O2O过程中存在的主要问题:企业信息化程度不高、复合型人才缺乏、外卖配送效率低、服务意识不强。探讨相关的发展对策:加强企业的信息化建设、注重培养复合型人才、提高配送效率、加强服务意识。希望有助于"瞒著爹"顺利发展O2O,以提高其竞争力。 In order to further promote the development of O2 O in Chinese catering industry, this paper summarizes the development status of 'Manzhedie' O2 O, and analyzes the main problems in the process of carrying out O2 O of 'Manzhedie' : the low degree of enterprise informatization, the lack of compound talents, the low efficiency of takeout and distribution, and the poor service consciousness. The related development countermeasures are discussed: strengthening the information construction of enterprises;paying attention to training compound talents;improving the efficiency of distribution;and strengthening service consciousness. It is hoped that it will help 'Manzhedie' to develop O2 O smoothly, so as to enhance its competitiveness.
