着色细菌在CSTR反应器中的培养及对煤脱硫作用研究

摘要 着色细菌在 CSTR反应器中进行驯化和富集培养 ,培养基为含 H2 S、CO2 和氨态氮的煤气 (其中 H2 S含量为 2 .0 g/ m3)。结果发现细菌生长良好 ,同时可以在体内积累硫磺 ,揭示了其利用无机硫的作用。同时在 CSTR反应器中进行了煤脱硫研究 ,煤粉中加入适当水分 。 Chromatium was cultured and trained in CSTR reactors. The medium was coke oven gas (COG) in which there were NH 3, CO 2 and H 2S. The concentration of H 2S was 2.0 g/m 3. The results showed chromatium grew well in CSTR, and stored particles of S in the cell. Then the chromatium was cultured in another CSTR reactors. The medium was coal in which contained FeS. The effect of added water on decomposition of FeS was also studied.
