The main sea-god worship of China is Mazu,while western is Poseidon.They differ in cultural spirit,value orientation and social function.Mazu,a peace goddess,has generated cultures of peace,kindness and altruism.Also,Mazu culture is a spiritual power to promote the construction of the 21st century maritime silk road.
