妈祖学学科交叉机制、现实困境与建设路径

Interdisciplinary Mechanisms,Current Difficulties and Construction Suggestions of Mazu subject

妈祖学研究内容涉及多个领域,通过多元、融生、话语、开放、流动、合力、增殖等学科交叉机制逐步形成自己的学科范式及研究方法。针对妈祖学存在的认识局限性、学科设置障碍、学科评价障碍和人才队伍匮乏等问题,提出了观念创新、管理创新、队伍创新等具体学科建设建议。

The content of Mazu studies involved many fields,and formed its own subject pattern and research method through the interdisciplinary mechanism of multivariate,integration,terminology,opening,flowing,confluence,proliferation and so on.Suggestions on the construction of Mazu subject such as concept innovation,management innovation and team innovation were put forward in view of the Mazu knowledge limitations,obstacles of subject setting,barrier of subject evaluation and lack of talent team,etc.
