摘要
对准能公司优化煤炭产品结构的方式进行研究,并介绍了现有几种细粒级筛分设备的特点。根据哈尔乌素选煤厂重介浅槽工艺的特性,引进弹性杆筛板,从入洗率、精煤产率、排矸率、煤泥量、提高末煤和产品的热值等方面比较了1000万t浅槽系统产品结构的变化,并分析了弹性杆筛板在1000万t浅槽系统的应用,经对其多次试验改进后将煤炭入洗下限降低至10 mm以优化产品结构,可提高商品煤的热值和增加煤炭销售收入。
The optimization of coal products mix of Zhungeer Energy Company was analyzed,and characteristics of existing fine screening equipment were introduced.According to the characteristics of dense medium shallow channel technology at Haerwusu coal preparation plant,with the introduction of elastic-rod screenplate,the product mix change of 10 million ton shallow channel system was compared from aspects as feeding rate of washing,yield of clean coal,nite of discharging refuse,slime content,the calorific value of fine coal and product.The application of the elastic-rod screenplate in 10 million ton shallow channel system was analyzed,it is indicated that after several tests through reducing lower limit of washing product mix could be optimized,the calorific value of commercial coal and coal sales would he increased.
