摘要
宁夏文化产业孕育在西部欠发达地区,先天优势不足,发展速度缓慢。但新的历史时期互联网发展带来的既是机遇也是挑战,国内外欠发达地区发展文化产业的成功案例很多,宁夏需要坚定信心,找到不足对症下药。目前宁夏文化消费市场发展不成熟,整体发展不容乐观,文化产业总量偏小,水平低,缺乏大品牌和拳头产品,专项资金投入不足,民间投资逐步加大、总量较少,新兴产业尚在起步,文化贸易薄弱,区域发展不平衡,缺乏平台和渠道,体制机制不顺畅,人才匮乏等。这些问题的解决根源在于政府的制度层面的引导低效,文章针对问题提出了具体发展建议。
Ningxia cultural industry originates from the underdeveloped areas of western China,with insufficient natural advantages and slow development.However,the timely opportunities brought by the development of the Internet in the new historical period are also challenges.There are many successful cases of developing cultural industries in underdeveloped areas at home and abroad.Ningxia’s cultural industry needs to be firmly confident and find its own shortcomings.At present,Ningxia’s cultural consumption market is immature,its overall development is not optimistic,its total cultural industry is small,its level is low,it lacks big brands and leading products,its special funds are insufficient,its private investment is gradually increasing and its total amount is small,and its emerging industries are still starting to develop.The cultural trade is weak.The regional development is uneven,platforms and channels are not adequate,institutional mechanisms are not smooth,and human resources are scarce.These problems were caused by the inefficient guidance of the government’s institutional layer.The paper puts forward suggestions for the solution to these problems.
