宁夏贫困地区村综合文化服务中心管理实践与思考

Thoughts on the Management and Practice of Village Comprehensive Cultural Service Center in Poor Areas of Ningxia

在实施脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴战略的大背景下,建设贫困地区村综合文化服务中心是完善公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,对补齐贫困地区公共文化设施短板,提升贫困地区公共文化服务效能,激发贫困群众脱贫致富奔小康的内生动力,推进乡村文化繁荣发展具有重要作用。文章对宁夏贫困地区村综合文化服务中心建设管理使用情况进行了调研,分析了目前存在的主要问题,提出了持续健康发展的建议。

Under the background of implementing the strategy of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,building a village comprehensive cultural service center in poverty-stricken areas has been an important part of improving the public cultural service system,complementing the short-term public cultural facilities in poverty-stricken areas and improving the public culture in poverty-stricken areas.Building a village comprehensive cultural service center in poverty-stricken areas contributes to service efficiency and helps to encourage the poor people to get rid of poverty,get richer,run a well-off society,and promote the prosperity and development of rural culture.This paper investigates the construction and management of the village comprehensive cultural service center in poverty-stricken areas in Ningxia,analyzes the main problems existing,and puts forward suggestions for sustainable and healthy development.
