非物质文化是一个国家文化的'活化石',为研究人类发展演变的历史提供了真实的史料,也为乡村文化传承和发展奠定了坚实的基础。文章立足宁夏民间非物质文化的抢救、保护、开发与创新,通过发展扶持项目、寻找传承人、举办文化赛事等途径和方式,努力让非物质文化'活'起来,将单个非物质文化转化为文化产业,实现其经济效益,为保护和传承非物质文化找到新途径。

Intangible culture is the'living fossil'of a country’s culture,which provides real historical materials for studying the history of human development and evolution,and also lays a solid foundation for the inheritance and development of rural culture.Based on rescue,protection,development and innovation of the intangible culture,the paper intends to make intangible culture'live'by developing support projects,finding inheritors,holding cultural competitions and other ways and means,transforming individual non-material culture into cultural industry,realizing its economic benefits,and finding new ways to protect and inherit intangible culture.
