采用3-甲氧基-2-甲基苯甲酰氯与叔丁基肼反应生成单芳酰基特丁基肼中间体,再与3,5-二甲基苯甲酰氯反应制备甲氧虫酰肼。
The article described the synthesis of methoxyfenozide, a novel ecdysone agonist. It is achieved via reaction of interediates, monoaryl tert-butylhydrazine and 3,5-dimethylbenzoyl chloride. The former interediate is prepared starting from 3-methoxy-2-methylbenzoyl chloride and tert-butylhydrazine.
