THE EXTRACTS OF FAMOUS DOCTOR DUAN HENGTAI'S EXPERIENCE IN GYNECOLOGY

本文列举四则病案,旨在重点介绍段恒泰老中医的妇科临证经验。其中案一痛经证,病机为气滞血淤,治以逍遥散加味;案二属血亏经闭证,治以拯阴理痨汤与劫劳散;案三为实中夹虚的热性崩漏证,治以滋阴清热、固冲止崩的自拟经验方;案四是血淤型的恶露不下证,治以活血行淤的生化汤,均获良好效果。

The article extracted four cases, aimed at introduing the famous doctor Duan Hengtai's experience in gynecology. The first was dysmenorchea due to stagnancy of qi and blood stasis, treated with 'Xiaoyaosan' modefying; the second was amenorrhea due to blood depletion, treated wlth 'Zhengyinlitao tang' and 'Jielaosan' ; the third was metrorrhagia due to heat-evil, excess complicated by deficiency, treated with prescription which made by wirter to nurshing yin and clearing heat-evil, reinforcing thong channel and curing metrorrhagia; the forth was lochiostatis due to blood stasis, treated with 'Shenghuatang' to activate blood and remove stasis. The curative effects were very good.
