摘要
运用针刺治疗20例苏联小儿支气管哮喘患儿,取定喘、膻中、肺俞为主穴,以宣肺理气、化痰降逆平喘,且随症变化。显效16例,占80％;有效3例,占15％;无效1例,占5％;总有效率95％。疗程5d者15例,10d者4例,15d者1例。
Infantile bronchial asthma (20cases Russian) were treated with acupuncture, Dingchuan, Tanzong, and Feisu were main points, the principle of treatment was ventilating the lung and resolving phlegm, regulating qi and relieving asthma, meanwhile moclefying doints ducto the changes of symptoms, The results showed that 16 cases got better (80%), 3 cases were effective (15%), 1 case was ineffective (5%), the general effectiveness rate was 95%. The course was 5 days, 15 cases; 10 days, 4 cases; 15 days, 1 case.
