摘要
通过温热清冲剂(生石膏50g、柴胡20g、黄苓15g、厚朴20g、重楼30g、公英30g,连翘20g、甘草15g)对致热家兔体温及血浆 CAMP 和 CGMP 含量影响的观察,结果表明温热清冲剂有良好的退热效果,优于双黄连(P<0.05),经温热清灌胃后,造型前后,家兔血浆 CAMP 和 CGMP 含量变化无明显差异(P>0.05)。
“Wenreqing”imfusion was consisted of Gypsum 50g,Bupleuri 20g,Scutelliarias 15g, Magnoliae 20g,Paridis 30g,Forsythiae 20g,Taraxaci 30g,Liquorice 15g,the observation was done on the influence of“wenreqing”imfusion on the rabbits with pyrogenic test and their content of plasma CAMP and CGMP,The results showed that the“Wenreqing”imfusion's antiferbrile effect was very good,it's better than“shunghunglian”,(P<0.05)the content of CAMP and CGMP,there wasn't obviously changes bewteen no-neoplasty and neoplasty,after “wenreqing”imfusion filling stomach.(P>0.05)
