摘要
商业具有较高的就业增长系数 ,改革开放后 ,商业的快速发展吸收了大量劳动力就业 ,缓解了我国严峻的就业压力 ;加入WTO后 ,短期内 ,国内商业可能减少劳动力的需求 ,但长期内 ,整个商业的就业总效应则是正的 ;进一步开放服务市场、积极开拓农村市场、大力发展私营和个体商业等措施有利于我国商业抓住入世的机遇 ,更好地迎接其带来的挑战。
With high employment increase quotient,rapidly growing business can absorb great amount of labour force and relieve the serious employment tension after the reform and opening up in China.In short term,domestic business may decrease the demand of labour force,but in long term,the general employment effect of the entire business is positive.To further open the service market,actively exploit the rural market,energetically develop private and individual business,etc,would bring benefits to our business to grasp the opportunity of entry into WTO so as to meet with its challenge.
