摘要
在当前社会主义市场经济的大背景下 ,人的主体性意识空前突出 ,思想政治工作要做到求实创新 ,决不能忽视人的需要。本文以需要为切入点 ,以需要的心理学和哲学理论为指导 ,通过阐述思想政治教育的创新和人的需要之间的相互关系 ,试图说明需要在充分调动人的积极性、主动性和创造性 ,实现思想政治教育目的中所发挥的重大作用。
Nowadays,in the background of our socialist market economy,the sense of man's subjectivity improves greatly.It requires being practical-minded and innovatory in the ideological and political work,never ignoring the man's needs.Starting from the needs,this paper,under the guidance of the need psychology and philosophical theory,by expounding the mutual relation between the innovations in ideological and political education and man's needs,attempts to shed light on the great importance of needs in bringing into full play the initiative,enthusiasm and creativeness of man,and realizing the goal in ideological and political education.
