加强和改进新时期高校学生思想政治工作的思考

随着国际国内形势的发展 ,大学生的思想观念、价值取向发生了深刻的变化。面对新形势 ,高校的学生思想政治工作亟需加强和改进 ,本文对此从四个方面进行了论述。一要“虚功实做” ,虚实结合 ,增强高校学生思想政治工作的针对性和实效性 ;二要充分利用网络技术优势 ,构建“网上”思想政治教育阵地 ;三要注重个性 ,引导学生个性健康发展 ;四要切实加强高校学生思想政治队伍建设。

With the development of the domestic and foreign situations,the ideas and values of the college students have profoundly changed.Confronted with the new situation,the college students' ideological and political work should be earnestly strengthened and improved.This article discusses it from four points:Firstly,to enhance the aim and actual effect of the college students' ideological and political work in the way of applying theory to the practice and with the combination between theory and practice.Secondly,to make good use of the advantages of net technology to set up a political education field in the net.Thirdly,to emphasize individuality and guide the students to develop healthily.Lastly,to strengthen the team of the college students' ideological and political work.
