对来信来访者心理进行分析 ,掌握其信访动机和信访期望 ,分析其在信访过程中的心理特征 ,从而有针对性地做好他们的思想工作 ,以及分析纪检工作者在处理来信来访过程中的心理反应及变化 ,探讨纪检信访工作者消极心理产生的原因及其防治方法 ,是思想政治工作心理学在纪检信访工作中的具体运用。把思想政治工作心理学运用于纪检信访工作中 ,就会大大提高纪检信访工作的科学性和有效性。
To analyze people's psychology when they make complaints in the letters and calls,understand their motives and desires,and observe their psychological characteristics in the letters and calls,all serve as the direction for straightening out their thinking and analyzing discipline inspectors' response to the letters and calls.Inquiring into the cause of the discipline inspectors' passive mental state and its prevention and cure are the application of ideological and political work to the discipline inspection work,which greatly improves the scientific level and effectiveness of the discipline inspection work.
