摘要
名誉权是民事法律关系主体一项重要的人格权 ,现实社会对名誉权保护的法律制度比较完备 ,人们的保护意识也比较强。但在网络空间这个虚拟的世界里 ,网络主体特别是虚拟主体是否享有名誉权 ,则颇有争议。笔者认为 ,网络主体同现实主体一样享有名誉权 ,并受法律保护。
The right of honor is an important personal right to subject of civil legal relation.In realistic society,the law system in protecting right of honor is more comprehensive,and people's protecting consciousness is more powerful.But on internet,it is controversial whether the network subject,especially fictitious subject,has right of honor.The author suggests that the network subject has right of honor as well as realistic subject,and he should be protected by law.
