摘要
目前 ,我国正处于全面实现工业化和市场化的新时期 ,与改革前各个时期的职务犯罪的情况相比较 ,当前的职务犯罪具有集团化、扩大化和年轻化等突出的特点和特殊的发生规律。分析和认识这些特点和规律 ,对制定科学的防治措施具有极为重要的意义。
At present,our country is in the new stage of fully realizing the industralization and marketization.Compared with the duty crimes in different periods before the reform,now they have got the following characteristics:the criminals commit crimes in large groups and their ages tend to be young.It's of great importance to make scientific preventive measures by analysing and understanding these characteristics and rules.
