摘要
为了提高气阴两虚型非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的临床疗效,采用自拟双补散胶囊治疗本病52例,临床以症状、空腹血糖下降情况为观察指标,结果:显效40例,有效7例,无效5例,总有效率为90.4%。同时测定了治疗前后本组患者的血糖,甘油三酯、总胆固醇,果糖胺、胰岛素等指标,结果显示:治疗后较治疗前有明显改善,经统计学处理,差异显著,P<0.001;P<0.05。
In order to improve the curative effects of diabetes mellitus innocens (deficiency of qi and yin),patients (52 cases) treated with“shungbusan”capsule,the observation indexes were symtoms and tasting blood-glucose.The results showed that 40 cases got better obviously;7 cases were effetive;5 cases were ineffective;the general effectiveness rate was 90.4%, meanwhile determinating blood-glucose,triglyceride,total cholesteral,fructoamine and insulin,etc.The results showed that the condition was improved obviously after treatment. (P<0.01) (P<0.05)
