病毒性心肌炎的临床分型与发病机理的探讨

THE CLASSIFYING OF CLINICAL TYPE ON VIRAL MYOCARDITIS AND APPROCHING ON ITS PATHOGENESIS

本文通过150余例病毒性心肌炎的临床表现,将其分成:心气虚、心阳虚及心阳暴脱、气阴两虚、阴虚阳亢、气虚血淤、痰热结胸六型。病机分析认为:外邪直中心经,伤及宗气,从寒所化可致心气虚、心阳虚及心阳暴脱、治以扶阳抑阴;病从热化可致气阴两虚、阴虚阳亢、治以益气阴、育阴清热、气虚阳虚可政血淤,外邪与痰互结心下可致结胸症。并对每型病机进行分析提出治疗方法。

The article classified the viral myocarditis into six types accordingto the clinical observation on patientes (150 cases) with viral myocarditis, deficiency of heart-qi; deficiency of heart-yang; sudden exhaustion of heart-yang; deficiency of qi and yin; hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency; deficiency of qi and stasis of blood and accumulation of phlegm and heat in the chest, etc. The pathogenesis was thought to be exteral pathogens invading the heart chanrel directly, damaging pectoral-qi, cold transformation leading to deficiency of heart-qi;, deficiency of heart-yang; and sudden exhaustion of heart-yang; treated with reforeing yang and controlling yin; heat transformation leading to deficiency of qi and yin, hyperactivity of yang due to deficiency of yin,treated with tonicing qi and yin, nurishing yin and clearing heat; deficiency of qi and yang could lead to stasis of blood, external pathogens entering could lead to accumulation of phlegm-evil in the chest. The article put forward the method of treatment according to the types of pathogenesis.
