摘要
分析了油田注水水质检测的基本原理 ,建立了油田注水水质检测仪的测算模型 ,研制出一种可用于现场的油田注水水质检测仪 .在该系统电路的设计中 ,采用了直流隔离变换器及AD62 5型放大器 ,并采用嵌入式C语言开发了系统硬件故障自诊断模块 ,从而提高了系统的可靠性和抗干扰性 .新型油田注水水质检测仪能用于现场在线同时检测水中矿物油、铁、悬浮物的含量 ,检测精度符合Q/DQ0 0 2 0 -87标准 .
Radical theory of Oilfield Injection Water Detecting Instrument (OIWDI) is analysed and its measuring model is established. OIWDI, which is intended for the working site, is developed. During design of the system circuit diagram, we adopt a segregating convertor of volts DC and a AD625 magnifier. Meanwhile, C embedded is adopted to programed selfdiagnosis of hardware fault. So, it improves reliability and antijamming of the system. The novel OIWDI can measure the concentration of oil and iron and suspended matter of injection water at the same time at working sites and measuring precision meets the standard of Q/DQ0020-87.
