摘要
介绍了用于油水分离的动态水力旋流器的主要结构及其工作原理 ,论述了其结构性能设计及制造工艺方法 .对所研制的动态水力旋流器进行了室内与现场试验 ,结果表明 ,样机能将油水混合液中的含油浓度从 1.0 0~ 1.80g/L降至 0 .0 2g/L左右 ,油水分离效率达 95 % ;与静态水力旋流器比较 ,可分离油滴的粒径更小 ,能低压运行 ,且压力损失小 ,一般只有 0 .0 1~ 0 .15MPa .分析了现场试验过程 ,提出了应用该装置处理聚驱采出液的改进工艺设施 ;给出了提高该设备精度的具体方案 .
The principal structure and the operating principle were presented for oil/water separation of dynamic hydrocyclones, whose designing methods of structural performance and manufacturing engineering were described, which were made through a indoor test and a field trial. It is verified that the prototype can treat the concentration of oily water from 1.00~ 1.80 g/L to 0.02 g/L or so, so separating efficiency of oil/water is up to 95 percent. Compared with static hydrocyclones, dynamic hydrocyclones can treat more exiguous oil droplet, with a pressure loss as low as 0.01~0.15 MPa. The process of field test has been analyzed. We have put forward a better process of measures to treat with the produced fluid of polymer driving, and have given a concrete plan to improve the precision equipment.
