摘要
研究了模拟立式储罐底板在不同升压、保压阶段的声发射特性 ,分析了声源信号特征参量的取值范围及变化趋势 ,提出了立式储罐的完整性检测与评价方法 .结果表明 ,声发射信号是由腐蚀产生的产物以及板材本身存在的缺陷发生开裂扩展而产生的 ;比较撞击信号与定位源信号各特征参量分布 ,可确定信号参量的范围 ;对于带有焊缝的储罐底板 ,焊接质量越低 ,产生的声信号越多 ,声发射定位点分布走向与罐底板焊缝走向一致 .
The acoustic emission characteristics of simulant aboveground vertical storage tank floors on various stages of raising pressure, keeping pressure are researched. Then, the value range and change trend of characteristic parameters of acoustic source signals are analyzed. The characteristics change of signals are determined. Detection and assessment method of tank integrality is discussed and an experimental basis was offered to the corrosion state detection of vertical storage tanks in field. The result shows that acoustic sources come from the corrosion product and the enlargement of cracks in the tank floor. Through comparing parameters distributing of strike signals with orientation sources signals, the bound of parameters of signals is made clear. To the tank floors with welding line, the poorer the quality of welding, the more the acoustic signals, and the AE orientation points distribute along with the welding lines of tank floors.
