摘要
目的 :观察芯芭抗氧化自由基及对急性肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :以小鼠肝组织匀浆 ,观察芯芭抗氧化自由基的作用。通过建立大鼠急性肾脏缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,测定了芯芭对肾缺血再灌注后MDA、SOD以及肾组织 N a+ ,K+—ATP酶和 Ca2 +—ATP酶活性的变化。结果 :使用芯芭后 ,与对照组比较 ,MDA明显下降 ,SOD,N a+ ,K+ — ATP酶和 Ca2 + — ATP酶活性显著上升。结论 :芯芭有较强的抗氧化作用 。
Objective: To investigate the antioxidation and protective function of Cymbariae on ischemic renal failure. Methods: The renal artery was clasped for 60 min and then reperfused. The change of MDA, SOD in the blood and Na +, K +-ATPase, Ca 2+ -ATPase in renal tissue were measured. Results: By using the Cymbariae, the content of MDA decreassed significantly and SOD, Na +, K +-ATP ase , Ca 2+ -ATP ase increased obviously. Conclusion: The results indicated that Cymbariae could protect kidney function in ischemic renal failure.\;
