摘要
本文作者采用中西医结合方法治疗18例雷诺氏病。其中住院患者治疗主要口服心痛定和静脉滴注低分子右旋糖酐加丹参注射液。中医运用辨证分型论治早、中期分别治以黄芪桂枝五物汤与活血通脉汤,晚期以四妙勇安汤加减,经临床观察,取得明显效果,总有效率达94.40％。
The writer treated Raynaud's syndrome (18 cases ) with the method of combination of TCM and west medicine. The patients mainly took oral Nefepine, low molecular dextran and Saliva injection intravenous drip. The treatment of TCM, the early stage was given 'Hungqiguiziwuwu'decoction and 'Houxuetongmai'decoction, the late stage was given 'Simiaoyongan' decoction modefying according to planing treatment based on differentiation. The curative effects were very obviously through the clinical observations, the general effectiveness rate was 94.4 percent.
