心通口服液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Unstable Angnia Treated by Xingtong Oral Solution

目的观察在常规治疗基础上加用心通口服液对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将不稳定型心绞痛患者66例随机分为常规治疗组和心通口服液组,两组均予抗心绞痛常规治疗,心通口服液组加用心通口服液。结果心通口服液组患者心绞痛发作情况及心电图改善情况均优于常规治疗组;心通口服液组作血管再建术的患者减少。结论心通口服液对经过常规治疗仍效果不佳的不稳定型心绞痛患者有一定疗效,其作用机理有待进一步研究。

Objective:To Observe the effect of Xintong Oral Solution treating unstable angnia superimposed on usual treatment of WM.Methods: Patients with unstable angnia were divided into treatment group and controlled group.Both were given the usual treatment of WM. Patients in treatment group were given Xintong Oral Solution in addition.Results:The times of recurrent angina,duration and electrocardiogram change of treatment group were better than those of controlled group. Revascularisation of treatment group reduces more significantly.Conclusino:Xintong Oral Solution has a curative effect for patients who have poor effect with the usual treatment of WM<P>
