Steinmann pin for treatment of fracture of clavicula

目的 :总结骨圆针治疗锁骨骨折的经验。方法 :采用骨圆针治疗锁骨骨折 134例 ,其中男 97例 ,女 37例。中段 10 1例 ,外侧段 33例。结果 :随访 1年以上 5 1例 ,1年以内 83例 ,优良率 97.8%。结论 :骨圆针治疗锁骨骨折是一种非常有效、方便的方法 ,关键是解剖复位 ,骨圆针的直径与髓腔内径相一致 ,针尖从近折端前内侧穿出 。

Objective:To conclude the experiences of using steinmann pins to treat fracture of clavicula.Methods:134 cases of fracture of clavicula were treated with steinmann pins,among them male was in 97,female in 37,the median segment in 101,the lateral segment in 33.Result:Follow-up over 1 year is in 51 cases,and Follow-up in 1 year is in 83 cases.The excellent and good rates was 97.8%.Conclusion:The treatment of fracture of clavicula using steinmann pins is a very effective and handy method,in which the key is anatomic reduction;the diameter of steinmann pins correspondence with the intramedullary diameter of clavicula;the pin perforates through vertral medial border of proximal fracture segment and the right function exercises.
