摘要
目的 探讨早期动脉粥样硬化对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法 在高脂饲料喂养大鼠 36周 ,造成早期动脉粥样硬化的基础上 ,采用双侧颈动脉结扎模型 ,检测脑缺血 4 5分钟 ,再灌注 3天后血脂水平、脑组织丙二醛 (MDA)、一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH PX)的变化以及主动脉、脑组织的病理改变。结果 模型组大鼠脑组织损伤较单纯缺血再灌注组严重 ,且有统计学意义。
Objective: To study the effect of early atherosclerosis on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats Methods: After 36 weeks of hyperlipid food, reversible occlusion of the bilateral carotid arteries was made, by ligating for 45 minutes followed reperfusion of 3 days, the level of MDA and NO in the serum and brain tissue and the activity of SOD, NOS and GSH PX in brain tissue were examined At the same time, the pathologic lesion of aorta and brain tissue were also observed Results: Rats could become early atherosclerotic after 36 weeks of hyperlipid food The hyperlipid operation group rats showed a more severe injury than the nonhyperlipid operation group ones Conclusion: Atherosclerosis can accelerate the ischemia reperfusion injury
