唇鳞癌中VEGF表达和微血管密度的临床意义

摘要 目的 研究微血管密度 (microvesseldensity ,MVD)和血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfac tor ,VEGF)在唇鳞癌中的表达 ,探讨其临床意义。方法 采用SABC免疫组织化学染色方法检测 37例唇鳞癌中MVD和VEGF的表达 ,采用SPSS软件行统计分析。结果  6 2 16 %唇癌组织呈VEGF阳性表达。VEGF表达阳性的唇癌组织MVD显著高于VEGF表达阴性者 (P <0 0 5 )。VEGF表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移及浸润深度密切相关 ,而与肿瘤的临床分期无关。MVD记数与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度及临床分期密切相关。结论 唇癌组织VEGF表达与微血管密度有明显的相关性 ,是唇癌主要的新生血管诱导因子之一 ,VEGF。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of microvessel density(MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression in lip squamous cell carcinomas Methods Immunohistochemical staining(SABC) was used to quantify MVD and VEGF expression in specimens from 37 patients with lip squamous cell carcinomas SPSS statistical software was used Results: VEGF expression was observed in 23 of the patients(62 16%) There was a significantly higher microvessel count (P<0 05) in the lip squamous cell carcinomas with VEGF expression than in the lip squamous cell carcinomas without In the clinicopathologic factors, lymph node metastasis(P<0 05) and differentiated degree (P<0 05) and depth of tumor invasion (P<0 05) were significantly correlated with VEGF expression, but there was no significant correlation between the clinicopathologic stage and VEGF positive expression There was significant correlation between the lymph node metastasis(P<0 05),differentiated degree (P<0 05), depth of tumor invasion, clinicopathologic stage and highter MVD count Conclusion: This study indicates that VEGF expression is associated with angiogenesis, and VEGF is one of the main angiogenic factors for lip squamous cell carcinomas Quantification of VEGF and MVD in lip squamous cell carcinomas may provide a valuable marker for a biologic study of lip squamous cell carcinomas
