替代神经外膜缝合─小间隙套接法修复周围神经损伤 被引量:13

摘要 目的 :在动脉套接的基础上 ,尝试一种海洋生物套管小间隙套接修复周围神经损伤 ,代替传统外膜缝合法的可行性方法 :将SD大鼠坐骨神经切断后用不同的方法进行修复 ,进行动脉套接的早期和远期的组织学和电生理学观察 ,其后进行海洋生物套管桥接的组织学及电生理观察。结果 :原位和旋转的动脉套接组与外膜原位缝合组取得了相似组织学和电生理学恢复效果 ,且明显好于旋转的外膜缝合组 ;此种海洋生物套管取得了与动脉套管相似的结果。结论 :本实验结果提示动脉套接模型有利于神经再生 ,此种海洋生物套管小间隙套接的修复效果好于断端转位的外膜缝合 ,有可能成为替代临床外膜缝合的新方法。 Objective: Based upon the small gap artery bridging theory,to replace the traditional epineurium suture by small gap bridging using a marine tube in repairing peripheral nerve injury.Method: Severing and then repairing the sciatic nerves of SD rats by various methods,histological and electrophysiological observation of both the artery tube group and chitosan tube group were carried out.Result: Rotated artery bridging, artery in situ bridging and epineurium suture in situ groups showed the similar histological and electrophysiological results which were superior to the rotated epineurium suture. The marine tube groups almost attained the similar results as the artery tube groups above. Conclusion: It is showed that artery tube bridging model is helpful to the nerve regeneration and there is possibility of substituting the traditional epineurium suture for the small gap bridging using a marine tube in repairing peripheral nerve injure.
