摘要
目的 :探讨白细胞介素 - 2 (IL - 2 )、华蟾素能否作为佐剂增强狂犬病毒灭活疫苗在小鼠体内的免疫应答。方法 :将昆明种小鼠 12 0只随机分成 3组 ,分别注射IL - 2加狂犬病毒灭活疫苗、华蟾素加狂犬病毒灭活疫苗、狂犬病毒灭活疫苗 (对照组 ) ,检测不同时期的中和抗体效价。结果 :① 3组免疫后的GMT :12日时分别为 10 0、70 .71、5 0 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;17、2 2日时分别为 14 1.4 2、10 0、10 0 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;2 7日时分别为 14 1.4 2、10 0、70 .71(P >0 .0 5 ) ;32日时分别为 10 0、10 0、5 0 (P >0 .0 5 )。②IL - 2组第 7日出现抗体 ,而华蟾素组和对照组均在第 12日时开始出现。结论 :在白细胞介素 2的作用下 ,抗体产生的时间提前 ,抗体效价提高 ,华蟾素有此效应 。
Objective: To determine whether interleuki n-2(IL-2)and Cinobufagin could be adjuvents to increase virus-neutralizing antibody of mouse induced by inactivated rabies virus vaccine. Methods: 120 KunMing variant mice were divided randomly into three groups. They were immunized by the inactivated rabies virus vaccine with IL-2,or with Cinobufagin, or vaccine only(control group), respectiv ely. Virus-neutralizing antibodies were detected at the 7th,12th,17th,22nd and 3 2nd day after vaccination. Results:①The GMT of each group was 100,70.71,50and(P <0.05)at the 12th day, respectively; 141.42,100and100 (P >0.05) at the 17th and 2 2ndday,respectively;141.42and100,70.71(P>0.05)at the 27n d day, respectively;100,100 and50 (P>0.05) at the 32nd day ,respectively;②Virus-neutralizing antibody of the group with I L-2 appeared at the 7th day, but that of the group with Cinobufagin and control group appeared at the 12th day. Conclusions: Virus-neutralizing antibodies in th e group with IL-2 had appeared 5 days earlier than in the control group and anti body titer had raised much higher. It seems Cinobufagin also had this effect but there was no significant difference.
