三种牙本质粘接剂强度的体外测量与比较 被引量:6

Evaluation of shear bond strengths of vertically fractured molars by three adhesive systems

摘要 目的为选择适用于折裂牙接合的材料,对常用的三种牙本质粘结剂进行了体外测量和比较。方法选用拔除的36颗人磨牙随机分为3组,制备成纵裂模型,颊侧半剖面牙本质上粘结树脂块,3组粘结系统分别为ClearfilSEBond、SingleBond、SuperBondC&B。标本置370C水中恒温24h后,在万能材料试验机上以1mm/min的横梁移动速率做剪切力测试。试件断裂方式用扫描电镜观察。结果用剪切法所测得的3组粘结剂强度分别为:ClearfilSEBond:(15.3±0.53)MPa;SingleBond:(10.3±1.49)MPa;SuperBondC&B:(12.3±0.82)MPa,经方差分析,3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。75%以上试件断裂为界面破坏,其余伴有混合破坏,卡方检验,3组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论3组粘结系统中,ClearfilSEBond具有相对较高的粘结强度。
