苦豆子豆籽油化学成分研究

A STUDY ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF OIL FROM SEEDS OF SOPHORA ALOPECUROIDES

采用气相色谱 /质谱联用 ,首次对苦豆子豆籽油化学成分进行了研究 ,检出了 4 3种化学成分 ,鉴定了 2 5种成分。苦豆子豆籽油的主要成分为生物碱、有机酸及甾体类化合物。

The chemical constituents of oil from seeds of Sophora alopecuroides was analysed by GC MS for the first time.The result showed that 43 kinds of chemical constituents were found and 25 kinds of them were identified.The principal chemical constituents of the oil were compounds of steroid,organic acid and alkaloids.The basis was offered for study on the physio activity of the oil and researching its product.
