摘要 目的 测定 5个不同厂家 (分别以代码A ,B ,C ,D ,E表示 )银杏叶片的体外溶出度。方法 按中国药典 2 0 0 0版进行 ,以0 .1mol/LHCl和蒸馏水为释放介质 ,用紫外分光光度法在 2 65nm处测定紫外吸收度 ;使用SPSS中的一般线性模型 (generallinearmodel)对不同厂家银杏叶片的体外溶出度进行多重比较。结果  5个不同厂家相互之间的溶出度有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5) ,只有厂家A和厂家B之间无显著差异 (P =0 .671 ) ;银杏叶片的体外溶出度在 0 .1mol/LHCl和蒸馏水之间有显著差异(P <0 .0 5)。 OBJECTIVE To determine the in vitro dissolution of Ginkgo leaf tablets from five different manufactures(coded as A, B, C, D and E, respectively). METHOD According to C.P.2000, the in vitro dissolution of Ginkgo leaf tablets was conducted the absorbance was determined by UV spectrophotometry at 265nm with 0.1M hydrochloric acid and water used as the dissolution medium. The multiple comparisons were performed on the in vitro dissolution of Ginkgo leaf tablets using SPSS General Linear Model. RESULTS Five manufactures(A, B, C, D and E)differed significantly from one another in their dissolution( P <0.05), except between A and B( P =0.671). The dissolation in 0.1M hydrochloric acid and water differed significantly in the experiment( P <0.05). CONCLUSION Our results underlined the necessity of the determination of the in vitro dissolution of Ginkgo leaf tablets.
