黛力新治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic effect of Deanxit in the treatment of migraine

目的 评价黛力新治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法 对 48例偏头痛的患者给予黛力新 ,疗程为 4wk :于治疗前和治疗后对偏头痛的发作次数和疼痛强度及焦虑、抑郁程度进行评定。结果 治疗 4wk后患者的焦虑、抑郁评分和头痛发作的次数和强度均得到明显的改善。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effect of Deanxit in the treatmeat of migraine. METHOD A total of 48 patients enrolled in the study,The course of treatment Iasts 4 weeks,The efficacy was evaluated through HAMA,HAMD, frequency of migraine attack before the treatment and 1,2,3,4 week after the treatment, pain severity, anxiety and depression were also assessed before and after trial.RESULTS The scores of HAMA and HAMD were significantly reduced 2 week after the treatment,( P <0.05,2 weeks after treatment, P <0.01 3,4 weeks after treatment ),the frequency of migraine attack was significantly declined ( P <0.05) and the pain severity was also improved at the end of treatment.CONCLUSION Deanxit is effective in treating migraine.
