2000-2001年我院抗微生物药物用药分析

Analysis of the use of anti-microbial drugs in our hospital from 2000 to 2001

目的 对我院抗微生物药物的使用情况进行分析 ,以期为医疗制度的深化改革及药物研究的发展方向提供依据。方法 收集 2 0 0 0年至 2 0 0 1年两年药品出库数据 ,采用Microsoftexcel进行统计分析。结果 口服、注射、外用药用药频度之比为3∶1∶1 ;医保甲类、医保乙类、非医保药物用药频度之比为 4∶5∶1 ;较常应用的抗微生物药物为喹诺酮类、大环内酯类和头孢菌素类 ;国产、合资、进口药品的DDDs百分比分别约为 72 % ,2 4 % ,4% ;与 2 0 0 0年相比 ,2 0 0 1年药物的日治疗费用有所降低。结论 我院用药结构基本合理 ,我国药物研究薄弱环节为单环

OBJECTIVE The use of anti microbial drugs in our hospital was analyzed so as to provide a factual basis for the development of medical system reform and the direction of drug research. METHOD The 2 year(2000 2001) drug out depot data was collected and analyzed with Microsoft excel software.RESULTS The ratio of the frequency of drug use, including drugs for oral, injection and topical use, was 3:1:1; The ratio of the assigned drugs of medical insurance, including the first classification and the second classification, and drugs out of medical insurance category was 4:5:1; The percentages of DDDs of the domestic products?the imported products and the joint ventures' products were about 72%?24%?4%, respectively; The major anti microbial agents were cephalosporins?4 quinolons and macrolides; Compared to 2000,the daily therapeutic cost of 2001 was reduced.CONCLUSION The structure of drug use in our hospital was rational, the weak links of drug research in our country were single circle β lactams, carbapenems, etc.
