摘要
目的 建立呋麻滴鼻液中麻黄素含量测定的新方法。方法 利用麻黄素在碱性条件下和硫酸铜生成蓝紫色络合物 ,并在 60 1 .8nm处有最大吸收 ,并且无干扰。结果 在测定波长 60 2nm处 ,吸收度和浓度呈良好的线性关系A =- 2 .57× 1 0 - 3+0 .1 61 9C ,r=0 .9999,线性范围 0 .5~ 3 .5mg/mL ,平均回收率为 99.8% ,RSD为 0 .2 %。结论 本方法简便 ,准确 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a new quantitative method of ephedrine in compound furacilin nasal drops. METHOD Under alkaline condition, ephedrine and cupric sulfate chelated to form a blue purple compound, which a maximum absorption at 601.8nm wavelength, and no disturbance peak at this area.RESULTS Absorbance and concentration have a fine linear correlation in the range of 0.5mg/mL~3.5mg/mL, A=-2.57×10 -3 +0.161 9C,r=0.999 9, the average recovery is 99.8% and RSD 0.2%.CONCLUSION The method was accurate and rapid, the result showed no significant difference in comparison with legal method.
