本文概述和比较了植物转基因方法。
There are many kinds of methods in plant transgene:particle gun bombardment,PEG,microinjection,pollen tube pathway,and Agrobacterium mediated transformation etc.Each method has its own characteristics.However,transgene silence might occur during plant transformation.The mechanism of gene silence is very complicated.
