植物细胞有丝分裂实验的研究

以洋葱和大蒜作为试验材料 ,研究植物细胞有丝分裂各期典型分裂相 ,发现在相同的温度条件下 ( 4℃ )大蒜在各期的典型分裂相较多 ,便于学生在镜下观察和绘图。同时 ,改进染色方法 (用 0 .2 %龙胆紫染色 )易于染色体的辨认。作者认为以大蒜作为植物细胞有丝分裂的实验材料 ,用 0 .2 %龙胆紫染色 ,实验效果最佳。

In this paper,the typical characters of the mitosis of plant cells in all phases are researched,with Allium sativum L.and Allium Cepa L. as experiment materials.It is discovered that at the same temperature the phenomenon of the former material is better than the later. At the same time,the chronosome is observed easily after the plant cells are dyed by Gentian Violet (0.2%).So the author thinks that the best experiment material is Alliam sativum L. and dyeing material is Gentian Violet (0.2%)in the experiment of the mitosis of the plant cells.
