“糖脂消”降糖调脂作用的临床研究

Clinical study of Effectiveness of Tangzhixiao in reducing Mood glucose and adjusting lipid content

目的观察“糖脂消”的临床疗效,初步探讨其作用机制。方法 入选研究对象112例,共有86例患者完成研究。其中男性48例,女性38例。糖尿病治疗组21例,口服“糖脂消”胶囊10粒,3/d;对照组20例,口服藻酸双脂纳0.1 g,3/d。结果(1)“糖脂消”改善乏力、头晕等症状明显优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)“糖脂消”明显降低空腹血糖(FPG),由(8.30±0.32)mmol/L降至(6.12±0.30)mmol/L,空腹胰岛素(FINS)由(49.3±2.5)mU/L降至(34.4±2.0)mU/L,改善胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),由-6.68±0.31升至-5.07±0.29(P<0.01),并显著好于对照组(P<0.05);(3)“糖脂消”的调脂作用:总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LOL-C)明显降低,分别由(6.88±0.54)mmol/L、(2.85±0.31)mmol/L和(4.12±0.25)mmol/L降至(5.82±0.48)mmol/L、(2.01±0.28)mmol/L和(3.05±0.35)mmol/L,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,由(1.38±0.32)mmol/L升至(1.78±0.31)mmol/L;(4)“糖脂消”有明显降压作用,收缩压/舒张压分别由(127.4±4.1)/(83.8±4.5)mmHg降至(115.2±3.8)/(74.1±3.0)mmHg(P<0.01)。结论“糖脂消”有明显的改善症状、降糖调脂、降低血压等作用,与其加强糖的利用、降低空腹胰岛素(FINS)、改善胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)有关。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the drug Tangzhixiao in reducing blood glucose and adjusting blool lipids.and study its mechanism.Methods A tvial of 86 patients (48 males and 38 females) were enrolled in this study. Of them,44 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into fwo groups: the treatment group were given Tangzhixiao 10 capsules,po,tid; the control group were given 80 mg of gli-clazide tablet,po,bid. Besides,42 patients with abnormal blood lipids were dividded into treatment group,given Tamgzhixiao at the same dosage as above, and control group, given 100 mg of alginic sodium diester tablet, po, tid. Results (1) Tangzhixiao capsule alleviated clinical symptoms ( P < 0.05). (2)It effectively reduced fasting plasma glucose (FPG) content from (8.30 ±0.32) to (6.12±0.30) mmol/L and fastin-ginsulin content from(49.3±2.5) to (34.4±2.0) mU/L and significantly increase insulin sensifivity index (ISI) from ( -6.68±0.31) to ( -5.07±0.29) ( P < 0.05,compared with control group). (3) It greatly decreased total cholesterol(TG) ,triglyceride(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) content from (6.88±0.54), (2.85±0.32) and (4.12±0.25) to (5.82±0.48) ,(2.01±0.28) and (3.05 ±0.35) mmol/L,respectively.And it increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)content from (1.38±0.32) to(1.78±0.31) mmol/L.(4)It significantly lowered blood pressure:systolic blood pressure fell from (127.4±4.1) to(115.2±3.8) mmHg;diastolic blood pressure from (83.8 ±4.5) to(74.1±3.0) mmHg ( P < 0.01) .(5)There was not significant difference in adverse effects between the two groups. Conclusions Tangzhixiao alleviates symptoms in diabetic patients,decreases FPG and adjusts blood lipid contents.lt also lowers blood pressure. Its functions mentioned above are related to the use of FPG,reduction of fasting insnlin content,and improvement of ISI.
