脂肪肝与体重指数的相关性研究

A Relevance Study on Fatty Liver and Body Mass Index

目的 了解脂肪肝与肥胖程度之间的相互关系。 方法 应用脂肪肝的超声诊断标准与体重指数的判断标准 ,对检出的脂肪肝、可疑脂肪肝与体重指数进行分析。 结果 在 79名被检者中 ,共检出脂肪肝、可疑脂肪肝共 1 7例 ,检出率为 2 1 5 % ;体重指数大于 2 5者其检出率为 62 5 % (1 0 /1 6) ,小于 2 5者检出率为 1 1 1 1 % (7/63) ,两者有高度显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ;体重指数分布与相应检出率之间存在直线正相关 (r =0 90 5 ,P <0 0 1 )。

Objective To study the correlation between fatty liver and body mass index. Methods To make analysis on the check-out dubious fatty liver, fatty liver and body mass index(BMI) by applying the standard regarding fatty liver ultrasonic diagnosis and standard of judgement for BMI. Result Among the 79 subjects, we found 17 cases with dubious fatty liver or fatty liver, and the detection rate was 21.5%. In cases with body mass index more than 25(BMI>25), the detect rate was 62.5%(10/16).If less than 25(BMI<25),the detect rate was 11.11%(7/63). A remarkable difference can be seen between the two groups(χ 2=19 95,P<0 01).There is a high linear correlation between the distribution of BMI and corresponding detect rate(r=0.905,P<0 01). Conclusion To control the weight increase is a cardinal measure to prevent fatty liver.
