企业文化是企业的灵魂 ,建立良好的企业文化离不开本民族传统文化作为生长的土壤 ,本文试图探讨我国以儒家思想为轴心的传统文化对建立现代企业文化的影响 ,并为建立适合我国国情的现代企业文化提出建议 ,力求使我国建立的企业文化真正有助于企业的健康发展。

Enterprise culture was the soul of enterprise and the good enterprise culture cannot develop without traditional culture. The paper tries to discuss that our modern enterprise culture has been effected by traditional culture of Confucianism. It puts forward some advice which can make enterprise culture helpful to the healthy development of our enterprise.[
