摘要
本研究发现收缩型平滑肌细胞内c—sis和c—myc基因表达低,P^(53)基因表达高;合成型平滑肌细胞c—sis和c—myc基因表达高,p^(53)基因表达低。结果提示c—sis、c—myc和P^(53)可能参与平滑肌细胞表型转变和细胞增殖的调控。
The low expression of c—sis and c—myc and high expression of P^(53) in contractive state cells (Smooth Muscle Cells) were detected. Meanwhile, low expression of p^(53) and high expression of c—sis and c—myc were appeared in synthetic state. The expression of c—sis、c—myc and p^(53) can be associated with the modulation of phenotypes and may take part in the regulation of cell proliferation.
