摘要
超微结构观察表明,内质网在水稻(Oryza sativa L.)淀粉胚乳发育中十分活跃,参与许多功能过程:①部分粗面内质网槽库膨大,积累淀粉,发育成淀粉质体;②粗面内质网产生蛋白体Ⅰ;③内质网参与营养物质在质外体与共质体间的运输;④内质网片段化,包围细胞质,形成环状内质网或内质网兜(ER pockets),参与细胞基质的降解。
Activities of endpplasmic reticulum (ER) had been observed during the development pf starchy endosperm in Oryza sativa L. with electron microscopy. The main results were as follow: ①Part of rough ER (RER) inflated and formed amyloplast while starch accumulated in the cisternae; ②RER formed pro-'.tein body I (PB I ); ③ER partook the transportation of nutrient substance between apoplast and sym-plast;④ER fragmented,encircled the cytoplasm,forming circular ER or ER pockets,which contributed to the degradation of cytoplasm.
