摘要
本研究用CDV、CAV分别免疫产蛋鸡 ,收集鸡蛋 ,用海藻酸钠_硫酸铵法提取卵黄抗体 (IgY) ,并对提取的IgY采用了SDS_PAGE和低压层析检测纯度 ,结果表明用该法提取的IgY纯度较高。用间接ELISA测定提取的IgY的活性 ,结果证明提取的抗CAVIgY的活性较高 ,而抗CDVIgY的活性损失较大。
Two groups of hens were immunized by CDV,CAV respectively,and eggs were collected.IgY was salting out by the method of sodium alginic acid combined ammoumium sulface.The SDS_PAGE and the system of low pressture chromatography were used to detected the purity of IgY,and the results suggested that there are two protein components in the extracted IgY at least.The indirect ELISA was used to assay the activity of IgY against CDV,CAV,and the results showed that the activity to IgY against CAV was higher,but the activity of IgY against CDV loss much.
