RI在鼻咽癌腔内后装放疗中的应用

Use of the MRI in intracavitary brachytherapy of nasopharyngeal neoplasms with the afterloading technique

目的 :应用MRI指导鼻咽癌的腔内后装放疗 ,实现计划设计个体化。方法 :对需做腔内照射的病人鼻咽区行矢状、横断、冠状MRI扫描 ,确定肿瘤范围及周围骨性标志点 ,并以其为量参考点 ,在模拟机下准确放置施源器 ,拍片做个体化的放疗计划后 ,上后装机按此计划实施治疗。结果 :在MRI图像指导下 ,可在正、侧位定位片上确定 13个骨性标志作为量参考点。结论 :优质MRI图像对指导鼻咽癌腔内照射 。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of MRI by intracavitary brachytherapy of nasopharyngeal neoplasms ad to use the radiation treatment planing for each patient. Methods: To scan the patient's nasopharyngeal section who need intracavitary brachytherapy in MRI with sagittal、transverse and cononal section,to divide the tumor bound and establish the osteal signs as its dose reference points.under the conventional simnlation machine placed to applicator nicety,after the patients were shot and got the X-ray films,the radiation treatment planning for each patient was designed,they were seat to the Afterloading Machine to be treated. Results: Under the direction of MRI images,we can establish 13 osteal signs as the dose reference points on the films of antero-posterior and lateral view.Conclusion: The high-quality MRI images are able to direct the intracavitary brachytherapy of nasopharyngeal neoplasms and the radiation treatment planing for each patient can be designed.It has great practicality value for treatments.
